MEET THE MAKER

Hi, I'm Alexandra. I'm a self-taught metalsmith, a green witch, and the person behind every piece at Alchemical Jewelry.

I live with three cats - Grimm, Ghost, and Cheeto - and I spend as much time as I can outside. Hiking, watching how light hits a mountain, noticing the shapes that moss makes on rock. That stuff feeds everything I make.

The witch part isn't separate from the jewelry. It's the same thing - it's part of how I pay attention to seasons, to lunar cycles, to the energy of a stone before I ever set it. It all ends up in the work.

It started with one class at my local botanical gardens, making a sterling silver ring. That was it and down the rabbit hole I went. I fell completely in love, not because I wanted a business, but because I finally wanted to make jewelry I actually wanted to wear. Bold and earthy, delicate when it needed to be. Things that make me feel like myself. Every technique since has come from trying, failing, and trying again at the bench. I'm still learning. That's the part I love most.

That's still what drives me. I work with carefully chosen stones for their beauty and energy, collaborating with women-owned lapidary artists and sourcing everything ethically. The metalwork, the textured surfaces, the runes, the mountains and stars, that's where the intention lives in each piece.

What I make isn't just adornment. It's meant to be personal. A piece that reminds you of your strength, your authenticity, your power. Whether that's through the stone's energy or the simplicity of the design, something here should speak to who you are.

You deserve jewelry made with intention, from someone who actually cares about what ends up in your hands. That's why every detail matters to me, from the stones I source to how the piece arrives at your door.

Even my packaging reflects this commitment to the earth. Everything is biodegradable, and each piece arrives cushioned in wildflower seed confetti. When you unbox your jewelry, you're holding something that can plant more flowers into the world. It's a small way of adding magic.

With my three cats keeping me company in the studio, I'm reminded that magic shows up in small moments. I hope my work does the same for you, gives you something to hold onto when you need to feel like yourself.

Stay wild,
